The following is our copyright policy concerning the use of any Gospel Bookroom of the Philippines, Inc (GBPI) publications on the internet:

General Statement of Ownership

All content included on gbpi.org.ph, including text, graphics, logos, images, book descriptions, and the arrangement thereof, is the property of Gospel Bookroom of the Philippines, Inc. (GBPI) and Living Stream Ministry (LSM) and is protected by Philippine and International copyright laws.

Physical Publications

The purchase of a physical book or publication from this bookstore constitutes a sale of a physical copy only.

  • No Publication: No part of any purchased work may be reproduced or transmitted in any form or by any means-graphic, electronic, mechanical, including photocopying, recording, or information storage and retrieval systems-without written permission from the publisher.
  • No Digital Conversion: Digitizing, scanning, or converting physical books into electronic formats (pdf, epub, etc) for distribution or personal use is strictly prohibited. 

Internet Use and "Fair Use" Guidelines

We follow the global standards set by Living Stream Ministry (LSM) regarding the use of copyrighted materials online. While we encourage the sharing of the ministry, we require that the following "Fair Use" boundaries be respected:

  • Scattered Quotations: You may include brief quotations or copyrighted materials on your website or social media, provided they do not constitute a majority of the work.
  • The 50% Rule: No website or digital platform may publish more than 50% of any complete work. A "complete work" is defined as any published entity, such as a tract, booklet, hymn, article or a single chapter of a book. 
  • Page Content: Quoted material may not constitute more than 50% of any single webpage's content. 
  • Linking: We greatly encourage linking directly to our product pages or to the official LSM digital library at ministrybooks.org rather than re-posting content. 

Required Citations

Any quotation from our publications must be accompanied by a proper citation to maintain the integrity of the ministry and its source. This includes:

  • Author's Name
  • Title of the Work
  • Publisher: Living Stream Ministry or Gospel Bookroom of the Philippines, Inc. 
  • Place and Date of Publication
  • Exact page number(s) of the URL source. 

Media and Web Content

The product photography, cover art, and unique written descriptions found on gbpi.org.ph are for the use of this website only. Unathorized use of these images or descriptions to sell products on third-party marketplaces or other websites is prohibited without prior writtent consent. 

Permission Requests

If our current digital provisions do not suit your specific needs (for a church, organization, or individual project), of if you wish to request permission for a use not covered by this policy, please contact us thru email at contact@gbpi.org.ph, with subject "Copyright Permission Request"
