The following is an explanation of the Gospel Bookroom of the Philippines, Inc (GBPI) online bookstore and its content.
The basic content of the Gospel Bookroom of the Philippines, Inc. online bookstore is a selection of titles published by Living Stream Ministry from the ministry of Watchman Nee and Witness Lee and distributed by the Gospel Bookroom of the Philippines, Inc.
All items in an order are shipped to the provided shipping address by the next business day from our location in Iligan City, Lanao del Norte, Philippines. Each customer is responsible to provide a full and accurate shipping address on an order. GBPI is not responsible for packages that are not delivered due to incorrect addresses provided by a customer. If a shipment is returned to GBPI as undeliverable or unclaimed, we will contact the customer for instructions on how to proceed with the order. If the order is to be reshipped, the customer will need to provide an accurate address and pay shipping charges a second time. However, if the order is canceled, GBPI will refund the cost of the order minus the cost of Shipping and Handling both ways (Please note that all orders returned to GBPI may incur shipping charges assessed to GBPI).
Shipping frees are calculated depending on the delivery location and the total weight of the items on your order. Total shipping weight may vary whichever is higher between actual weight and volumetric weight.
Orders received are processed from Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm and will be picked-up by the courier for delivery.
Delivery within Lanao del Norte may take up to 2-3 business days. Deliveries to other provinces may take 7 business days or longer.
GBPI ensures that the items you ordered have undergone quality check before shipping. In any case that you received a damaged item, please email us within 7 days upon receipt of the item you purchased. A customer service representative will get in touch to assist you.
Purchased books can be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery provided that the items are returned in resalable condition. As soon as GBPI receives returned books in the proper condition, a refund for the price of the returned books is issued. However, please note that the customer returning the books will be responsible for paying shipping charges both ways. In the case that a customer receives a defective book, GBPI will replace the defective item at no further cost to the customer.
All books that are on clearance sale have been fully marked down due to various reasons. Items sold are considered as final sale and are not valid for return or refund.
GBPI takes information security seriously and uses reasonable administrative, technical, physical, and managerial measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access.
We receive and store personal information such as your first and last name, user name, password, method of payment, last 4 digits of your payment account, your email address, and country as well as details related to content you purchase on our service. We do not disclose any personal information for any purpose.
We accept VISA and Mastercard Credit and Debit cards. GBPI Online Bookstore website DOES NOT store any credit card details such as card number, expiry date, security codes, etc. during order process. All credit card transactions are securely processed by our payment gateway provider.
